Privacy Notice

• Account data: your email address and password (passwords are stored only in encrypted form).
• Profile data: name, current job, target role, years of experience, skills and experience summary you enter.
• CVs you upload, stored privately and visible only to you and LANDIT administration.
• Application tracker entries, saved searches and job matches generated for you.
• Contact messages you send us.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle, our payment reseller; we store your subscription status, not card details.

To provide the service you signed up for (contract); to send service emails such as CV alerts, job matches and security notices (contract, and legitimate interests for administration); to improve LANDIT (legitimate interests); and where required, with your consent — for example optional emails — which you can withdraw at any time.

• Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and Merchant of Record, to sell LANDIT subscriptions, manage billing and subscriptions, handle refunds, and meet tax and invoicing requirements.
• A third-party jobs data provider, to show live UK job listings. We do not send your CV to them.
• AI service providers, to generate career tools, cover letters and job-match scores. Your profile text is processed to produce your results.
• Email and cloud hosting providers, to run the platform and deliver notifications.

We never sell your data, and we do not send your CV or profile to employers without you choosing to apply.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database in the EU/UK region, protected with encryption and access controls. Only you can see your own records; LANDIT staff can access submissions for support and administration.

Account and profile data are kept while your account is open. CVs and applications are kept while your account is open so your history stays useful. You can delete your account or ask us to erase specific data at any time — see section 6. Records needed for billing are kept for 6 years as tax law requires.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere (portability). Email kachibless01@gmail.com or use the Contact page and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

LANDIT uses only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

LANDIT is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this notice from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
