LANDIT is a career guidance platform. It helps you understand your profile, identify skill gaps, find live job listings, prepare application materials and practise interviews. It provides information and preparation tools only.

LANDIT is not immigration or legal advice, and we do not guarantee a job, interview, sponsorship or any immigration outcome. Nothing on the platform should be read as a promise of employment.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to give accurate information about yourself and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. LANDIT's AI tools work from the experience and facts you provide — presenting experience you do not have is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend accounts created to mislead employers.

LANDIT offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions: Pro (£7 per month) and Pro+ (£10 per month). Paid features are described on our Pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record for all our orders — it handles payments, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation ends paid access immediately. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Job listings on LANDIT come from a third-party jobs data provider. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current or still open. When you apply, you apply directly with the employer through the employer's own website — LANDIT does not submit applications on your behalf and is not a party to any employment relationship.

Some content on LANDIT is generated with AI based on information you provide. It can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing anything you submit to an employer, and for making sure it is accurate and honest.

You agree not to misuse LANDIT. In particular, you must not use the platform to send bulk or automated applications, scrape or resell job listings or platform content, interfere with other users, or break any applicable law.

You keep ownership of the CVs, profile information and other content you submit. You give us permission to store it and process it as described in our Privacy Notice, including sharing it with our service providers where needed to run the platform.

LANDIT is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for lost income, opportunities or employment outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. If you keep using LANDIT after a change, the updated terms apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
